Per Knudsen joined Innovation Management U3 in 2000.
Before then he was vice president of product development at LEGO. He was responsible for LEGO's products in the segment for 4-9-year-old children
He was also active in the development and implementation of LEGO's processes for product development.
Furthermore, Per has comprehensive experience in advertising, international marketing and sales, in-store displa and exhibitions.

Long management experience from one of Denmark's leading companies

Per Knudsen has worked for LEGO in more than 30 years. Before his position as development manager had positions as in-shop manager, export manager, marketing manager and advertising manager.

Per has a long experience in management of creative activities and how establish a creative, inspiring and innovative environment.

Education

Per Knudsen has a degree in marketing form Aarhus business school and has received training in marketing management at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
