Morning program
Seminar and workshop on the Stage-Gate method for a group of about 10 key staff members including persons from management. This workshop will include a small exercise to identify areas for improvement in your product development practices.

Afternoon program
A smaller group discusses how Stage-Gate could be implemented at your company. I
introduce the basic features of Stage-Gate implementation. Then we discuss possible ways and
methods of improving the product development process within your company.
After the workshop:
Next, I will prepare and send you a short report about the situation at your company and the steps you can take to improve your new product performance.
Along with this report I can include a concrete proposal on how my company can assist you in making your change and improvement process successful. This proposal will include a complete action plan outlining workshops and
activities.
The fee for the workshop and the report will be DKK 18,000 or approx.. GBP 1,500 plus travel expenses.
